Hey Ya'll my name is Courtney Tomko Kuesis and I am a Chicago-based interior designer, realtor, and general contractor. Growing up, I was inspired by my father Mike Tomko, a renowned finishing carpenter in Naperville, who always went above and beyond for his clients. I am proud to continue his legacy and offer a unique and unparalleled service as a contractor.


With years of diverse experience in interior design, re-design, and construction, I am confident in my ability to provide my clients with a design experience unlike any other. My approach to design is layered and multi-faceted, much like the city I grew up in. I believe that design is about creating an atmosphere, not just building space, and I strive to find the perfect balance between aesthetics and function.


I treat each home renovation project as if it were my own, paying close attention to every detail to ensure complete customer satisfaction. As an interior designer in Chicago and its suburbs, I am constantly keeping up with the latest trends and products on the market, from smart homes to creative lighting designs. Along with my team, I attend shows, seminars, and even overseas conventions to bring only the best services and products to my clients.

Hi, I am Andrew, Co-Owner of Turn-Key Designs, a full-service interior design, general contracting, and realty business based in the Chicagoland area. I am a serial entrepreneur, investor, and realtor with a lifetime of experience in the hospitality, design, and real estate industries. My diverse background and unique perspective have enabled me to contribute to many amazing projects over the years, from restaurants to real estate investments.


I am known for my commitment to the authenticity of an environment and its architecture. I believe that every space should reflect its surroundings and leave a lasting impression. At the same time, I have a daring eclecticism that allows me to create warm and approachable spaces that are both inviting and memorable. My main focus is to leave every project with a special turnkey touch.
