With a background in engineering and architectural studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Andrew brings a strong understanding of how projects come together both on paper and in the field. Combined with years of experience in hospitality, real estate, and construction, he has developed a practical, results-driven approach to building and scaling projects.

Andrew is deeply involved in every phase of the business—from client strategy and deal structuring to budgeting, timelines, and overall project oversight. While design sets the vision, he focuses on making sure that vision is executed the right way—on time, on budget, and without unnecessary complications.

Known for his direct, no-nonsense approach, Andrew prioritizes transparency, efficiency, and long-term value for every client. His ability to think like both an investor and an operator allows Turn Key Designs to deliver projects that not only look great but make sense financially and functionally.

He is a licensed real estate professional and active investor, bringing a unique perspective that connects design, construction, and real estate into one streamlined experience.

Alex brings a refined, technical approach to design backed by formal education and extensive real-world experience.

She holds an Interior Design degree from the Illinois Institute of Art and has worked across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects—including nationally recognized brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Choice Hotels, and Best Western.

Alex is known for her ability to bridge design and execution—creating spaces that are not only visually elevated, but fully detailed, intentional, and ready for construction.

Now focused on residential design, she brings a hospitality-level standard into the home—delivering spaces that feel cohesive, functional, and tailored to how our clients live.

Matt is a licensed architect with over a decade of experience delivering refined, high-performance design solutions across a diverse range of projects. He is known for his ability to seamlessly merge elevated design with real-world execution—bringing a level of precision, sophistication, and clarity that sets the tone for every project he touches.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, with additional studies in Art History and History. Matt is AIA-affiliated and LEED Accredited, offering a well-rounded perspective that blends design excellence, sustainability, and building performance.

Matt specializes in architectural planning, permitting, and construction documentation, producing highly detailed, code-compliant drawings that allow projects to move forward with confidence and efficiency. From initial concepts and space planning to full permit sets and coordination, his work is defined by thoughtful design, technical mastery, and a deep understanding of how projects are built in the real world.

His portfolio includes notable projects such as Time Out Market in Chicago, DTX 399 in Boston, Bayside Restaurant at SeaWorld in San Diego, and the Southern Virginia University Residence Hall. Each project reflects his commitment to quality, detail, and a seamless integration between design intent and final execution.

John plays a key role in driving project execution—bringing leadership, accountability, and hands-on construction knowledge to every job.

With over a decade of experience in the field, John understands construction from the ground up. He’s not just managing timelines—he’s actively coordinating site activity, anticipating challenges, and keeping projects moving efficiently.

Known for his problem-solving mindset and strong field presence, John helps ensure each project stays organized, on track, and aligned from start to finish—making him an essential part of delivering consistent, high-quality results.

With over 20 years of experience and more than 600 remodels completed, he brings a deep, practical understanding of construction and Illinois code to every project. Mike works closely with our team and trusted trade partners to help coordinate day-to-day site activity, keeping jobs on track and details from slipping through the cracks.

Known for his straightforward and no-nonsense approach, Mike focuses on efficiency, clear communication, and getting the job done right. His ability to stay organized and keep projects moving makes him a critical part of delivering consistent, well-executed results for our clients.

With over 30 years in the industry, Pete has led everything from ground-up builds and additions to detailed interior remodels. His background as a trim carpenter and woodworker sets him apart, with an exceptional eye for detail that carries through every phase of a project—from framing to final finishes.

Pete is known for his hands-on approach and ability to execute with precision. In addition to managing construction, he operates his own woodshop, creating custom elements and one-of-a-kind pieces that add depth and character to our work.
