DAY OF DESIGN

This package includes:
- A pre-consultation call with a designer lasting 1 hour
- A full day (6 hours) on-site design support from a designer
- A post-consultation call lasting 1 hour
- A customized digital lookbook for your project (additional charges apply for digital rendering)
Please note that a trip surcharge may apply for remote locations, and a surcharge of $45 will be added for weekend appointments.
DESIGN & REDESIGN PROJECTS

Communication is key to ensuring that we deliver exactly what you're looking for. Our goal is to leave you feeling proud and excited to show off your new design!
Here's how it works:
- Initial Consultation: $150
- Hourly Rate: $175-$250
- All projects require a minimum of 10 hours of design service
- After an initial consultation, we will provide an estimate that outlines the tasks required (typically by room) and the estimated number of hours to complete each phase of the project.
- Your hourly rate will be based on the total estimated hours for the project.
- Note: Estimates do not include costs for materials (e.g. furniture, materials, artwork, accessories) or contractors to complete tasks.
- A trip surcharge may apply for locations requiring significant travel time, and a $45 surcharge applies for weekend appointments.
STAGING SERVICES

- FULL Staging: $499
- Every client starts with a one-hour consultation with our designer, conducted via zoom. During this time, we'll assess the property and discuss the best course of action to make it appealing to potential buyers.
